We are a CPA Firm located in the Lakewood area is seeking a CPA or CVA Candidate interested in assuming direct client responsibility and quick advancement in his/her professional career. The Firm is a full service certified public accounting firm including tax planning and compliance engagements for personal and businesses. Business valuation, litigation support and consulting engagements constitute a large and increasing share of Firm activities.
Areas of taxation in which we provide expertise and consultation to our client banks, bank holding companies and key executives and stockholders include consolidated tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, estates and trusts, deferred compensation and tax planning. We are a growing firm that provides a wide range of services to our clients.
